Position: Headmaster/Principal

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Vision
-Implement the school's Mission, Statement of Faith, and Educational Philosophy
-Set and oversee academic goals, ensuring teachers have resources to meet the goals
-Represent the school within the community

Staff Management
-Supervise and evaluate teachers and other staff members, fostering a positive, Christian environment
-Organize professional development programs and workshops for staff
-Address staff concerns and ensure effective communication

Student Support and Discipline
-Counsel and discipline students, ensuring a safe and orderly environment
-Monitor student progress and address any concerns with parents and teachers
-Establish and maintain discipline and attendance expectations

Curriculum and Instruction
-Develop, implement, and maintain curriculum standards
-Ensure that academic policies and curriculum is followed
-Help teachers maximize their teaching potential

School Operations
-Manage the school's budget, order supplies, and schedule maintenance
-Establish and coordinate security procedures
-Ensure that student records are complete and current

Community Relations
-Build and maintain relationships with parents, students, staff, and the community of Llano
-Communicate regularly with the Board about school needs, successes and general operations

Legal and Ethical Compliance
-Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and school policies
-Form a working relationship with the Association of Christian Schools International
-Maintain the highest ethical and professional behavior and standards
